These Terms govern your use of NexMailPro, including account registration, email validation, bulk uploads, API access, credits, billing, and plan limits.
Last updated: June 03, 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using NexMailPro. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to any related policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute legal advice.
2. Account registration and responsibility
You may need to create an account to use some NexMailPro features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account details current, and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and workspace, including actions taken by team members or anyone you authorize.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use NexMailPro only for lawful, legitimate purposes. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for spam, fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
- Do not submit data you do not have the right to process.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or security controls.
- Do not use the service to send abusive or deceptive campaigns.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt platform functionality.
4. Email validation and bulk uploaded data
NexMailPro provides email validation results based on available signals such as syntax, domain checks, MX checks, SMTP probing, and related deliverability indicators. Results are informational and should not be treated as absolute guarantees.
If you upload CSV files, email lists, or other bulk validation data, you are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and lawful use of that data. You should only submit data you are authorized to process.
5. API usage
API access must be used in line with your plan, documented rate limits, security rules, and any applicable usage restrictions. API keys are personal to your workspace and should be kept secret.
We may suspend or limit API access if we detect abuse, excessive load, or attempts to bypass platform controls.
6. Credits, billing, and subscriptions
NexMailPro may use credit-based usage, subscription plans, or both. Credits are consumed when verifications are performed, and plan limits may apply to file size, row counts, API usage, concurrency, or other service features.
Prices, plan details, and included limits are shown on the Pricing page and may change from time to time.
7. Payments and refunds
Payments are handled through third-party payment providers. Where applicable, billing records, invoices, and payment confirmations may be stored in your account or workspace.
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, Paddle's refund policy where Paddle processes the payment, and applicable consumer protection laws. Refund requests may be denied or limited for abuse, misuse, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, unauthorized email list processing, or excessive or harmful platform usage.
8. Subscription and plan limits
Your plan may include monthly or yearly limits, credit allocations, file size limits, concurrency limits, and other product restrictions. Those limits are part of the service description at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for monitoring usage and making sure your workspace has enough credits or plan capacity for the workflows you run.
9. User data responsibility
You remain responsible for the data you submit to NexMailPro, including the legal basis for processing, storage, and export of contact data, and for any downstream use of validation results.
You are also responsible for maintaining backups or records you need from your own workflow, including exported validation results and bulk job files.
10. Service availability
We aim to keep NexMailPro available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, vendor issues, or network problems may temporarily affect availability or response times.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, misused the service, created a security risk, or engaged in conduct that could harm the platform or other users.
You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any surviving obligations related to billing, records, or legal compliance.
12. Limitation of liability
NexMailPro is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Email validation results are informational, and you are responsible for how you use them in your own business or workflow.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date where applicable.
Continued use of NexMailPro after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
